Your massage or facial treatment is an hour or more of time dedicated to YOU. You should never apologize for asking for anything that makes you more comfortable or that makes the service more enjoyable for you. My job is to help you relax, help your body feel better and your skin glow - but sometimes I don’t know your preferences during a treatment unless you tell me!

So please don’t apologize for speaking up during your appointment for what you need ❤️

Receiving a massage can be enhanced by communicating your needs, harnessing your breath, and making it a regular part of your self-care. When you share your goals and preferences (whether it’s about pressure, focus areas, or comfort) it allows me to tailor the session for your best results. Practicing mindfulness or meditation during your massage can deepen relaxation, but if talking helps you unwind, that’s always welcome on my table too.
