You wouldn't believe the amount of times I hear
"Yoga isn't for me its too zen, I need something more active, more stimulating, more challenging"
I makes me want to stop everything and put them in some postures that will have their legs shaking in minutes.
Yoga can be as intense or as gentle as you want. Each pose has different levels. You wanna work? I can offer you postures that challenge you in ways you did not imagine!
Wanna take it easy? No problem here is the gentle version of that posutre.
If you are not coming to yoga because you do not think itβs intense enough, I invite you to come.
