We have always loved two things...kids and yoga. We are super excited to combine these worlds and help make a difference in the lives of as many kids as possible! We truly believe that through our children we can change the world, and our intention is to create more self love, emotional intelligence, personal power, peace and happiness in the children we get to teach. Our business is about impacting lives, when it counts the most, in the early years when all our core beliefs are being established.

I ran my own business in Canada for 7 years, teaching youth empowerment, yoga, meditation and much more.

Empowerment Discussion 💬

When: Every Wednesday evening, 6:00–7:00 p.m.

Where: The Retreat at the North Grove Community Center

Cost: Residents only – discounted price of $10 per class
