Yin Yoga is a quiet, grounding practice designed to meet every body exactly where it is-and it’s offered three times a week at Soulidarity.
Through long, gentle holds Yin invites you to soften into each shape while utilizing props and modifications so the practice fits your unique structure and needs.
It’s not about flexibility or pushing deeper; it’s about patience, presence, and tuning in.
The longer holds create a calm, meditative space where you can listen inward, but they also reveal one of the greatest challenges of Yin: maintaining focus when the mind wants to wander. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the pose itself, but staying present and clear through the stillness.
As the body settles, the mind is encouraged to choose curiosity over reactivity. Yin becomes a space where mind over matter takes shape—teaching you to breathe through intensity, release resistance, and find ease in stillness.
A practice for everyone. A practice that reminds you how powerful softness can be.
