It is with deep sadness that we honor the memory of Carleigh Jackson. Forever an Okotoks Oiler. Carleigh played her minor hockey career as an Okotoks Oiler and has left an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her, playing with or against her and those who coached her. Carleigh continued on as a junior coach for a U9 Female hockey team after minor hockey concluded and will be forever remembered by those young ladies who had the privilege of knowing her. Her beautiful smile, magnetic personality and unwavering support for others made her a cherished friend and teammate.
Wise beyond her years, Carleigh was determined and focused, always striving to reach her goals with dedication and perseverance. Her life was taken far too soon, but her spirit and the impact she made will continue to inspire all those who knew her. Carleigh will forever be remembered, not only for her accomplishments on the ice, but for the kindness, strength, and light she brought into the lives of others. Our hearts go out to all who are grieving this profound loss.
