If you’ve been living with chronic pain, tightness, or injuries that never seem to fully resolve, Graston may be the key to lasting relief. We’re proud to offer the specialized Graston Technique as part of our comprehensive approach to musculoskeletal care. This innovative, instrument-assisted soft tissue treatment allows us to detect and address scar tissue and fascial restrictions with far greater precision than hands-on methods alone.

Your practitioner gently scans the tissue to identify adhesions, areas of tension, or dysfunctional movement patterns. These restrictions can develop from repetitive strain, injury, or surgery—often leading to stiffness, inflammation, and pain that linger long after the initial issue. Using smooth, stainless-steel tools, with specific strokes and controlled pressure, the tools help stimulate blood flow, break down scar tissue, and realign muscle fibers to support healthy healing.

The instruments’ unique design allows us to reach deeper layers of tissue, making Graston particularly effective for stubborn or chronic conditions. Many patients notice improved mobility and reduced pain even after their first session. Graston is especially helpful for:

Plantar fasciitis
IT band syndrome
Tennis and golfer’s elbow
Shoulder impingement
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Ankle sprains and chronic ankle issues
Persistent neck or back tension

At Complete Health, our chiropractors and select RMTs are specially trained in this evidence-based technique. Every session includes a thorough assessment, clear communication, and treatment tailored to your comfort and goals. Graston may be combined with chiropractic adjustments or massage to enhance recovery and support long-lasting results.

You don’t have to live with pain or stiffness — your body can heal with the right support.
✨ Ask your practitioner if Graston is right for you.

This past weekend, we gained an extra hour — something that sounds like a gift, yet many people find the transition surprisingly challenging. Shorter days, darker evenings, and shifts in our body’s internal clock can all throw off sleep patterns and mood. Even a one-hour change can affect our circadian rhythm, leaving us feeling groggy, restless at night, or just “off” for days or even weeks.

As we move into winter, our bodies naturally crave balance, rest, and stability — and this is where acupuncture can make a real difference. Acupuncture works by helping regulate the body’s internal systems, including the sleep-wake cycle, hormones, and nervous system responses. By calming the mind and supporting the body’s natural production of melatonin and serotonin, acupuncture can help you adjust more smoothly to the new rhythm of the season.

Many people find that acupuncture not only helps them fall asleep more easily but also improves the quality of their rest. Fewer wakeups during the night, and a deeper, more restorative sleep overall. It can also reduce the anxiety, fatigue, and seasonal low mood that often appear as daylight hours shrink.

Think of acupuncture as a gentle reset for your internal clock — helping your body and mind stay grounded as the external world slows down.

If you’ve been feeling a bit off since the time change, or if the early sunsets have already started to affect your sleep or mood, you’re not alone. Your body may simply need a little extra support finding its new rhythm. Acupuncture offers a natural, holistic way to ease that transition — helping you rest, restore, and move through the darker months with more balance and ease. 🌿💤

If you’ve ever felt a sharp, shooting pain down your lower back, hip, or leg, you might have experienced sciatica — and you know how overwhelming it can be. Sciatica happens when the sciatic nerve (the longest nerve in the body) becomes irritated or compressed. This can happen from muscle tension, inflammation, disc issues, or even how we sit and move throughout the day. The pain can range from dull and constant to sudden and electric — making even simple things like walking, sitting, standing, or sleeping uncomfortable.

Sciatica isn’t just “back pain.” It’s a nerve issue, which means it often needs more than stretching or rest to truly improve. And when pain starts affecting your daily routine, mood, and mobility, finding meaningful, lasting support becomes essential.

Chiropractic care can play a key role in helping manage and relieve sciatic pain. By improving alignment in the spine and pelvis, chiropractic adjustments help reduce pressure on the sciatic nerve. This can decrease pain, restore movement, relax surrounding muscles, and support your body’s natural healing process. Alongside adjustments, your chiropractor may use muscle release techniques, mobility work, and tailored exercises to help you regain comfort and confidence in your movement.

Sciatica is frustrating — but you don’t have to push through it alone. Relief is possible, and we’re here to help you get back to moving, resting, and living without that constant pain holding you back.

If you’ve ever experienced jaw clicking, tension around your temples, or pain when chewing or talking, you’re not alone — these are common signs of TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction. The TMJ is the hinge connecting your jaw to your skull, and because we use it all day (talking, eating, swallowing, even stress-held clenching), when this area becomes tight or irritated, it can cause a lot of discomfort. TMJ tension can also contribute to headaches, ear pain, neck and shoulder tightness, and even difficulty sleeping.

It’s a small joint with a big impact on daily life.

The good news?
There are gentle, targeted treatment options that can help relieve pain, restore movement, and support long-term comfort.

• Chiropractic care focuses on alignment and mobility of the jaw, neck, and upper spine. Improving the way these structures move together can take pressure off the TMJ and calm irritation.

• Massage therapy works directly with the muscles involved in clenching and jaw movement, helping release stubborn tension — sometimes even from muscles inside the mouth.

• Physiotherapy helps retrain how these muscles function, improving stability and reducing flare-ups through guided exercises and movement patterns.

TMJ pain is real, and it can be exhausting — but you don’t have to just “live with it.” Support, relief, and better function are possible. If this sounds like you, we’re here to help. 💚

✨ Why Holistic Wellness Is the Key to Lasting Health ✨

Holistic wellness works because it looks at the bigger picture, not just your symptoms, but how your entire body functions as a connected system. 🧠💪

When one area of your health is out of balance, whether it’s physical pain, stress, poor posture, or disrupted sleep, it can affect everything else. Instead of treating these issues in isolation, a holistic approach brings together multiple modalities like chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and movement education to address the root cause of your discomfort.

This type of care goes beyond temporary relief. By supporting your body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance, we can improve mobility, reduce pain, lower stress levels, and enhance overall function, helping you move, think, and feel your best every day. 🌿

Every treatment plan we create is personalized because no two people experience health the same way. We consider your lifestyle, stress levels, work habits, and daily movement to build a plan that’s truly designed for you.

Holistic wellness isn’t just about feeling better; it’s about living better. When your body and mind work in harmony, you’re able to live without limits, stay active, and enjoy the things you love with energy and ease.

Let’s help you get there. 💚
