🚫 Erreur fréquente en physio: Faire ses exercices seulement de temps en temps.

Beaucoup croient que venir aux séances suffit — mais les vrais progrès se font en étant constant avec les exercices à la maison. 💡

✨ Les sauter ou les faire seulement la veille du rendez-vous n’aidera pas votre corps à gagner la force, la mobilité et les résultats durables dont il a besoin.

👉 Astuce: Intégrez vos exercices dans votre routine quotidienne (comme se brosser les dents!).

Et rappelez-vous — si vous avez un doute sur la façon ou la fréquence, demandez à votre physio. Nous sommes là pour vous!

Many people think that coming to physiotherapy sessions is enough — but the real progress happens when you stay consistent with your home exercises. 💡

✨ Skipping or doing them just before your next appointment won’t give your body the chance to build strength, mobility, and long-term results.

👉 Tip: Make your exercises part of your daily routine (just like brushing your teeth!).
