About Us
With 21 years in the helping profession, I have spent my career helping others experience a positive change in their lives. I've been employed in many diverse settings including hospitals and community mental health clinics both in rural and urban centers. I am a Registered Nurse and have committed the last half of my career supporting Child & Adolescent mental health. I believe youth have the ability to be resilient and cope with life stressors when supported by the various adults in their life.
Although I am experienced in many theories and interventions, I tend to work from a relationship approach. This allows a youth to be involved in therapy which uses a non-authoritative approach and listens without judgment. This helps them take me on their journey. Along the way they can learn new tools, become aware of their own strengths and I can help guide your child's experiences allowing them to GROW FORWARD.
