At Evergreen Wellness, I help individuals and couples navigate the challenges that come with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Many of my clients are caring, capable people who feel stuck—caught between wanting to feel better and not knowing how to get there. Some are managing burnout or emotional overwhelm. Others are healing from painful experiences that continue to affect their confidence, relationships, or sense of peace.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapies. I draw from:
🌿 EMDR Therapy – to help process trauma and emotional pain safely and effectively
🌿 Attachment-Focused Therapy – to strengthen emotional connection and heal relational wounds
🌿 Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – to build resilience, reduce avoidance, and move toward a more meaningful life
🌿 Gottman Method Couples Therapy – to improve communication, rebuild trust, and create deeper connection in relationships

Whether you’re working through past trauma, relationship stress, or life transitions, therapy can help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface—and begin to heal and grow.
