Stephanie is a Registered Massage Therapist with four years of experience helping clients enhance their health and well-being. She specializes in deep tissue, cupping, therapeutic, and Swedish massage, as well as relaxation techniques, and is passionate about creating treatments tailored to each individual’s needs. Stephanie is dedicated to supporting recovery, reducing stress, improving mobility, and empowering clients on their wellness journey. Outside of her practice, she enjoys hiking, biking, swimming, baking, cooking, and spending time with her husband and children—pursuits that inspire her balanced and holistic approach to care.

She is in clinic Tuesdays 9:30-3pm and Wednesday evenings 6-8:30pm and Saturdays 1 & 3rd weekend each month.
