To all my amazing clients! 2022 seems to be our families year of change. Many of you already know we are moving to Compeer to follow my husbands work. We are super excited for the move and will be moving the end of June.
As for my massage business DOORS ARE STILL OPEN! I will be returning a couple times a month for a few days each time! Appointments in June will continue to be at my home office. I’m excited to announce that I will be joining the crew at when I am in Olds staring in July. And in Trochu I will be practicing at the clinic room at my parents acreage.

Well it’s pretty obvious I have taken a business social media hiatus this last year. So let me reintroduce myself… my name is Shannon and I am a massage therapist in the Olds area. I have been in practice for 17 years this fall and still ABSOLUTELY LOVE my job!! I apologize for being MIA on this platform and I will try to update all you lovely clients on a more weekly basis. I hope you are all faring very well and hope to get some familiar faces back on my table. I am still working in Trochu on Mondays and in Olds the rest of the week. Unfortunately due to the new restrictions, massage therapy is closed until the new year 😥
I want to take this time to thank you all for your support over the years but especially this year. I hope you all can find joy in the holiday season and I will do my very best to accommodate everyone as I am able to reopen.

If you wish and have the time, my wonderful association has drafted a letter that clients can send to their MLA’s to express their need for massage therapy to be exempt from these latest restrictions. You can message me your email and I will send the draft off to you, but don’t feel obligated. I know we are all busy this time of year 🎄

With the scare of the COVID-19 outbreak and so many activities, jobs, sports, school, etc being suspended, I am asking that if you’ve travelled out of country or to high tourist populated areas in Canada recently, to please rebook appointments until 14 days after your return home. Also please rebook if you’re experiencing any of the following; cough, fever, runny nose or sore throat.
Hopefully if we are actively trying to stop the spread now, then this won’t be a long drawn out process and we can get back to “normal life” ASAP. As for anyone coming for appointments to my home office, I am taking the following safety precautions: all door k***s, light switches, counters, massage table and accessories to be highly disinfected after each client and hand sanitizer provided upon entrance and exit of my home.
Let’s not panic but be diligent and proactive during this trying time. Thank you!

Well folks, I am definitely behind the eight ball wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! But it’s all thanks to your support that I was so incredibly busy working throughout the holidays. Today I am enjoying the company of my little with my warm new blanket (yes my stepmom spoiled me with an UGG blanket😱) As we get back into our routines, I ask you all to take some time for yourselves throughout the year, as I am today. Relax, have a tea, take a bath, read, book that massage.......😉😉 scheduling regular massages improve your overall wellbeing. You don’t have to come every week, 2 weeks or even month. Just even making sure you book sooner than later when experiencing discomfort in your body. Now that the holiday rush is slowing, I am more available for bookings in the next few weeks.
