Lest we forget.❤️

On Remembrance Day, November 11, the anniversary of the armistice marking the end of World War I, we honour and pay tribute to all who have served and those who have given their lives in service to our country. We will pause for two minutes of silence, wear a poppy, and reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of our veterans. We also extend our gratitude to the men and women who continue to serve today.

As another year draws to an end, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to our community and our clients for your continued support.

It is our pleasure serving you, and we gratefully appreciate the trust the you place in our skilled and experienced physiotherapists and team.

To allow everyone to spend quality time with their families and friends, our clinic hours will be as follows:

- Closed - December 25th to 29th and January 1st, 2025

- Open - December 30th and 31st, 2024
We will reopen on January 2, 2025 and return to our regular clinic hours
