🥊 What a Knockout Day at Mount View Lodge! 🥊

We had an AWESOME visit from The Counterpunch Boxing Club, a community-minded gym right here in Olds! They gave us a fun and inspiring demo of their Seniors Fit class, which focuses on improving balance, mobility, and strength through boxing-inspired exercises, such as footwork and punching.

The Counterpunch Boxing Club offers classes to seniors that are more than just a workout; they can help alleviate symptoms of Parkinson's disease by supporting coordination, posture, and cognitive function! 💪🧠
