Our collaborative health care team's Goal is to help you, your performance and Life Take Flight! Through experience she realized many people have pain that cannot be explained. As such, Christal turned to Osteopathy to find answers. Christal completed her studies in Osteopathy upon successful defending of her thesis on Post Concussion Syndrome. Osteopathy is a manual therapy relying on palpation skills to find and address the issues within the body that prevents health from expressing itself. It utilizes various modalities such as myofascial release, visceral manipulation, muscle energy, osteo-articular mobilizations etc. in order to achieve optimum health. It is a gentle, drug free alternative method of treatment.

I know this is a hard picture to see…. But let me draw you the picture…

Geese, frozen in the pond. The odd one out now as the sun comes up standing on the ice surface.

What I notice is the calmness.

They are not fearful of being stuck in the ice, they are just peacefully waiting and taking the time to be supported by the ice, no effort required, simply being.

Even those who are stand on the ice patiently waiting and not trying to assist the others get out of the ice. Just being.

For me its a reminder, it’s okay to be where you are, supported and just being; Some imes we need the rest, accept the support and most of all to simply be okay with where we are at, without fear or worry about it or what comes next!

Take a moment today to just be, recognize how you are supported and let go of fear and worry. Just like the Geese, deep down they know all will be okay…

This is such a beautiful way of looking at your health, and your imaging! Remember, imaging, test results etc is information that helps paint a picture but it may only be a few strokes or an outline, not the full piece of art!

Your MRI doesn’t tell your story it only whispers a few lines.
Imaging shows structure, not strength.
It can’t measure resilience, adaptation, or how your body feels and functions.

Far too many surgeries are done because of what’s seen on a screen
tiny “abnormalities” that are often just normal signs of living.
Age-appropriate changes, not emergencies.

Before you rush to fix what may not be broken,
start with movement, education, and a real conversation.
You are not your MRI.

There are moments in life when our bodies speak to us long before our minds catch up. A tightness, a heaviness, an ache, or a pull - quiet signals asking us to listen. Most of us were never taught how to listen to those messages, let alone trust them. But your body holds wisdom. It always has.

Tapping into the Inner Physician is a guided journey back to that knowing, a space to learn how to communicate with your body, interpret its signals, and reconnect with the part of you that has always been moving you toward healing and balance.
