International Women’s Day is March 8, and this week we’re celebrating the incredible women who help lead IBABC and the insurance industry across B.C.

This year’s theme, “Give To Gain,” reminds us that when we give generously, whether knowledge, mentorship, support, or opportunity, we create a world where everyone rises.

In boardrooms and brokerages, in meetings with government and regulators, and in conversations with members and consumers, women are helping shape the future of our profession. Their leadership strengthens our industry and reinforces the trust brokers work hard to build every day.
