We grew this apple!
A year or so after we moved in, we planted this apple tree for Mother’s day. This is the first year we’ve had any apples, only one, but one day a bushel 🍎

I spent some time Journaling all my big dreams after last nights with the great

I’ve never talked freely about money with a group of (very lovely) people, let alone strangers. It felt uncomfortable, but only at first. We uncovered our blocks, wrote new affirmations, goals and dreams.

When I went to bed, I looked to my meditation app to find a juicy “wealth” meditation and can you believe there wasn’t one 😲
We (especially Women) need to start normalizing money talk and money desires!!

I’m feeling crafty today! The ultimate Sunday which started with coffee in bed this morning! Thanks Dave.
I’m building my collection of eye pillows for Nidra, meditation, or daydreaming. These pillows will be available in the Fee’s Landing shop or sooner can be arranged.

Putting some feelers out to see if there’s interest for a weeklong Woman’s retreat at Beautiful Aug 19 -26th.

Imagine a week in summer of waterside relaxation, yoga, nidra, meditation, journaling, hiking, canoeing, kayaking and SUP on calm waters, catered healthy and delicious meals, bonfires, optional workshops in a community or village of women.

My Mom just sent me this pic of and I. Thankfully, my Aunt Denise encouraged me to get our picture taken! I was 16-18 years old there, already a very enthusiastic student of quantum physics and everything woo!

I’ve been quiet on my personal and resort page because I’ve been so active in my private Lora Land group, leading a month long, guided cleanse.
I’ve had a beautiful experience leading 8 (plus a couple of support spouses) incredible people interested in whole foods, plant based, natural detox and life style changes in order to take control of health, ditch the sugar, get through a food slump, reduce inflammation, clear the brain fog and feel more energetic. I’ve had so much fun with this experience that I’ve decided to run it again in January!!!
