▫️”The Big 6 Lymph Reset” from Stop Chasing Pain on YouTube. Dr. Perry is enthusiastic about the lymphatic system, inflammation and self care.
▫️Nutritious Movement. Katy Bowman is a biomechanist with a great blog discussing all things movement. This year she is offering her 11th movement advent: a daily dose of targeted movement for the holidays. Plus you can reference her previous year’s advents on her site. nutritiousmovement.com.
