Missed Appointment Policy:

Given the number of patients who miss appointments without cancelling, and the number of patients who are waiting to see practitioners, patients who fail to attend their scheduled appointments without cancelling 24 hours prior may be charged $50.

If you do not have a primary care provider, please ensure you are registered on the Health Connect Registry! If it has been a long time since registering, please phone 811 or go online to update your info.

This is the system that providers use to attach new patients, so it is critical to be registered! It is actively being used by local providers to attach new patients.
