What’s your favourite fresh veggie??? How do you preserve it??? These Fresh green beans From our garden to the freezer!! Picked, cut, blanched for two minutes, fast frozen for one hour in the pan as shown, then packaged for future dinners for 2, and thrown back in the freezer!! And more coming on the vine!! Soooooooo tasty!!! Home grown always has best taste!!

Rosehips from late October after all the leaves from the plant had fallen, a great time to pick this amazing fruit!! This fruit of the rose is Loaded with vitamin C, and powerful healing vitamin A oil and minerals inside the seed which is known as one of the best sources of attaining good skin health!!
