Our program blends the best of strength, endurance and athletic movement. Using practical implements like dumbbells, sandbags, wall balls, bikes, rowers along with body weight movements. 🚲
Each session is efficient, scalable, and purposeful, giving you everything you need to build real world strength and conditioning, without the complexity.
💪 Because strong doesn’t have to be complicated, it just has to be consistent.
These classes start this Saturday and will run Thursdays 4:30PM /5:30 PM and Saturdays at 8AM before partner workout!
