With a lifelong love for helping people (and inspired by her own sports injuries growing up), Erin has a passion for supporting healing, reducing pain, and restoring movement. 🌿

She graduated with honours from Humber College’s Massage Therapy Program and has worked with athletes, children, seniors, and those navigating unique health needs. Her approach is all about your goals—whether that’s deep relaxation, easing tension, improving mobility, or finding balance. 💆‍♀️💫

Using a mix of Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations, and relaxation massage, Erin tailors every session to leave you feeling your very best. 💚
