Lately, I’ve been thinking about the invisible weight so many of us carry. I recently had a conversation with friends and we all came to the same realization.
The mental load is real. Our minds are constantly "on" doing the planning, organizing, remembering, and preparing. Even if we have partners to help, the weight of staying on top of all the big and little things that keep life running smoothly can be exhausting.
