Simple and easy fun.

Many parents think that activities have to be planned out ahead of time, many items required or simply that you need to be right there.

Games like this took me a total of 2 minutes (bring down the ironing board) explaining the rules and letting them have fun. As I observed from the kitchen, they eventually created a larger structure with the magnatiles and changed the set up for what they wanted. I allowed them to be creative and more importantly, work on team work.

Now, imagine you keep flopping on the promises you made this morning, the inner you is waiting, because you said it. Your subconscious heard you.

I saw her in meditation — a towering Baobab, the Mother Tree, ancient and wise.

At first, I saw her from afar. Then I stood beneath her canopy, feeling her roots reach deep into the Earth and her branches cradle the sky.

In that moment, I felt her message:
You are the daughter of the Earth and the keeper of light.

🌳 Rise with Maa is born from that energy — the union of strength, softness, and soul.
