**✨Stepping into 2026 ✨ **

Every year, I choose words with intention.
Not resolutions but energies I want to live from, move with, and embody.

As we step into 2026 — a Year 1, a true new beginning after the closing of a long 9-year cycle, I find myself reflecting deeply on all that 2025 has revealed.

This past year brought powerful lessons.
Lessons around boundaries.
Around family dynamics and sisterhood wounds.
Around moments of feeling unseen — in friendships, collaborations, and spaces where I once hoped to be met more fully.

I’ve come to see my own patterns more clearly.
Where I over-explained.
Where I sought approval.
Where I dimmed parts of myself to keep the peace.

And I’ve also learned this truth:
I no longer need permission to be who I am.

Truth speakers are often misunderstood — not because they are wrong, but because others don’t yet know how to meet truth from a grounded, regulated place. My work now is not to convince… but to remain rooted.

And despite these lessons, this year has also been deeply illuminating in the most beautiful way.

It has shown me how much inner work, healing, and self-responsibility I’ve embodied — not only in how I navigate challenges, but in how I love. I see now the growth it has taken to sustain, maintain, and harmonize a beautiful, loving relationship — one rooted in presence, communication, and mutual respect and care. This is something my heart genuinely GLOWS about.

So as I step into this new cycle, the words I am choosing to embody in 2026 are:

✨ ANCHORED — grounded in my values, my body, and my inner knowing
✨ EMBODIED — fully present in my truth, no longer abandoning myself
✨ EXPANSIVE — open to aligned opportunities/collaborations and new beginnings
✨ SPARKLE — shining my light freely, sprinkling my gifts, and letting my essence be seen without shrinking

This sparkle isn’t performative.
It isn’t forced.
It’s the natural radiance that comes from being at peace with who I am.

Despite the growth pains, the healing, and the lessons, I feel deeply grateful.
Grateful for the awareness.
Grateful for the boundaries.
Grateful for the woman I’ve become.

This year is about staying anchored.
Living embodied.
Allowing life to expand.
And sparkling — unapologetically — as myself.
