So many of us live outside of ourselves never fully present.
How do you find inner peace when there's only been turmoil? Find self love when there has only been rejection? Find your worth when you have lived with feelings of unworthiness?  Of not being seen.
It can feel almost impossible to find a sense of self when trauma has laid the blueprint of your life. 
But it is possible to find self love, self worth and a sense of purpose.  To live from the heart.
A wise man once told me "the heart knows the way home, it knows the truth of who you came here to be".

My Path

I am a Shamanic Practitioner.

Growing up I spent many hours outdoors communicating with the Earth Spirits. It was a natural place for me to spend much of my time growing up, and I felt at home sitting in a grove of trees or by a river. I have been able to communicate with spirit since childhood and throughout my adult life I have deepened my relationship with my spirit and animal guides.

My path lead me to Shamanism. I completed a two year Shamanic Apprentice Program and since that time I have continued my Shamanic training and have also completed First & Second Degree Reiki.

I am a graduate of The Four Winds Society Light Body School and have completed the 300 hour core curriculum in Shamanic Energy Medicine.
