Write your questions here! One question I got privately asked about what to do when a child wakes up in the middle of the night. Here are some things that I need when you ask questions. What is the age of the child, does he have any disorders such ASD, what exactly happened before the behaviour and what is the behaviour seen. Knowing a bit more can help me to understand the function of the behaviour. Is the child having nightmares, does he think it is morning?? Knowing the function will help to find solutions. Emotion-regulation! We often think of our kids when we see these words but we need to think of adults too. Adults in children’s lives have to also learn to stay regulated. Especially when you want to resolve a conflict/problem.

Parenting is hard but it can be more difficult when your child is facing challenges. My mission is to help families overcome these struggles by solving problems collaboratively and with positive behaviour support. I support families with children that show behaviour problems, ADHD, autism, anxiety, low self-esteem, problems with social skills, anger issues, and others. Included in my services will be workshops to help with the above-mentioned difficulties as well as home visits to observe and come up with solutions and recommendations
