Our team is at it again! Vincent Pilon RMT completed his level 2 training in Lymphatic Drainage this past week.👏 Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage is the top training academy for this modality. MLD is a specialized massage technique that is beneficial for many conditions and elements such as lymphedema, fibromyalgia or post surgical clients.

Diana Moreira RMT has been offering Low level laser therapy at CE since early this year and has had amazing results with several soft tissue conditions especially Tendinitis, Dupuytren’s contracture and now my medial knee pain which presented positive for a mild medial meniscus tear.

My symptoms of meniscus irritation/mild tear were knee instability, feeling as my knee would give away, catching/clicking sensation, achy pain on inner aspect of knee especially with activity and difficulty straightening my leg.
