This will be my last post as Forest Valley Terrace and I will see you all very soon in our new adventure!
Today we were blessed with the absolute cutest visitors! Meet Willow, the goat and Jack and Jill, the chicks. These lovely people from a therapy group called Giddy Up and Go Ponies are the people who will be adopting Thumper!
He will have a fun home and a farm to enjoy a wonderful life! We love you Thumper! ❤️ 
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their visit today and you can see the joy and absolute pure emotion on our residents faces!

Frankie has a way of lighting up every room she’s in —without needing to say a word. Her smile is the kind that melts hearts instantly, and her gentleness wraps around everyone lucky enough to be near her. She holds our hearts in the palm of her hand without even trying, simply by being her radiant, love-filled self. The other residents absolutely fall over themselves trying to help her, sit with her, and befriend her—because being near Frankie just feels special. And truly… I adore her. She brightens our days and brings a little magic wherever she goes❤️❤️❤️

Last night, our staff came together to celebrate the Christmas season, and the party was filled with laughter, gratitude, and genuine connection.
It was a wonderful chance for everyone to unwind, share stories, and enjoy each other’s company outside of the busy workday.

Yesterday, our dedicated staff took part in a recertification CPR training course, strengthening their skills and confidence in emergency response.
The team showed incredible focus, teamwork, and commitment to ensuring the highest level of safety for our residents.
