I am a certified Nutritional Therapist and a Certified Sport and Exercise Nutritional Advisor. I Offer a range of services from weight loss meal plans to National Athletes Nutritional Assessment. With the help of a questionnaire I will create a
detailed assessment of your deficiencies and how to address them to give you optimal health.

Hel you figure how much toxins you are exposed to and help you change the ones you can.

3-Weightloss meal plans. Creating a personal plan to help you not only lose weight but also be Nutrient Strong!

4-Athlete Nutritional Guidance. Figuring out your exact Macronutrient (protein, fats and Carbohydrate) need and your Micronutrient (Vitamins and Minerals ) needs. Pre-workout and post workout meals ideas, meal plans and so much more....

5-Nutritional Advice:
Sessions of 30 mins or more of one on one guidance. In Person, on the phone or by email.
