Claudiane’s two classes tomorrow (Slow Flow 12pm and Chair yoga 1:30pm) are postponed until next week. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Amanda’s classes will be running as usual, and drop-ins are welcome 🤗 (Hatha Yoga at 5:30pm and Hot Yoga at 7pm)
