Tips for keeping your smile healthy and shining!
• Brush twice daily for 2 minutes with a fluoride toothpaste, and don’t forget to gently clean your tongue too!
• Floss once a day to remove plaque where your toothbrush can’t reach.
• Drink water! Limit sugary and acidic drinks, and choose nutritious foods to support strong teeth and gums.
• Avoid to***co and va**ng, and minimize alcohol consumption.
• Visit us regularly for your exam and cleaning so we can catch anything issues early!
