It’s important to validate the struggles when it comes to breastfeeding… but we need to also take more time to celebrate the WINS, the Pros, the Benefits, the Joys, the Convenience of Breastfeeding 🥳

Expecting mamas and new mamas need to hear that it’s WONDERFUL and WORTH IT! It’s worth hiring a lactation counsellor to get support. It’s worth taking your baby to bodywork for body tension to improve latch. It’s worth it 🩷

I know so many mamas working so hard to feed their baby well, I see you, I see how dedicated and determined you are 🥹 every latch and every drop is a win! 👏🏼

This solves the vicious cycle of baby waking up when you put them down after a feed. If baby falls asleep on you, throw the ring sling on over them and continue about your day.

Every other carrier requires you to put your baby down, RISKING waking them up in order to put the carrier on!

My son took almost every nap in a ring sling his first 6 months of life because I was busy with my first child. It’s an absolute life saver!

I am sharing about the amazing benefits of this carrier which I adore!! 🥰
Always ensure baby’s legs are in a M position and they are close up enough that you can kiss their head 🩷

Disclaimer * I do not have specialized training on educating baby wearing * there are other accounts such as and .ot who can provide education on it!

Have you used a ring sling before? 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

Literally the best thing you could buy the moment you’re pregnant! Here’s why:

1️⃣ Pregnancy - especially in the 3rd trimester it is much more constable to sit on the ball than a couch or chair. Sitting on the ball helps put you in an optimal position for getting baby head down. Do circles and pelvic tilts to open up your pelvis and loosen things up!

2️⃣ Labour & Birth: Lean over the ball to be on your hands and knees, it is such a comfortable position as you go through the waves of labour because you can move and sway.

3️⃣ Postpartum: Sitting in the ball while holding your baby and gently rocking them can be soothing and comforting.

If you haven’t bought one yet - DO IT! It’s so worth it.

Did you use an exercise ball for any of these stages? Let me know in the comments! 🩷
