What an incredible SPA (Strategic Planning Action) Day!

Yesterday, representatives of each of CLOC's teams came together for a full day of learning, connection, creativity, and community—and WOW, did the energy deliver!

From powerful conversations about Service Excellence, Inclusion & Belonging, Innovation, and building a truly Vibrant Workforce, to Shark‑Tank‑style idea pitching and heartfelt reflections… every moment reminded us why CLOC's team is something special.

We set goals.
We shared stories.
We imagined the future.
We lifted each other up.
And we left with purpose, clarity, and a whole lot of excitement for what’s ahead.

A highlight of the day was the innovative Shark Tank presentations, leading to the presentation of CLOC's first Innovator Award.

A huge thank-you to all our presenters, facilitators, and every single person who showed up with an open mind and a collaborative spirit. Days like this don’t just inform us—they inspire us.
