Meet Dr. Carmen Ou, she received both her Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo. She has worked alongside numerous ophthalmologists such as cataract surgeons, retina specialists, cornea specialists and glaucoma specialists across Toronto and York region. Because of her diverse training, Dr. Ou is well-versed in current treatments for a wide range of diseases like glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and dry eye. She also has an interest for specialty lenses and is certified to fit contact lenses for myopia control, keratoconus and ocular surface diseases. Dr. Ou believes that awareness is the best way to prevent vision loss, so she prides herself on educating her patients and providing the tools and resources they need to take care of their health.

Dr. Ou is a member of the Ontario College of Optometrists, The Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.

Dr. Tzeng received her Honours Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees from the University of Waterloo. As part of her clinical training, she completed externships at a busy ophthalmology office in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and at a Veterans Affairs medical centre in Lexington, Kentucky, where she gained valuable experience in ocular disease diagnosis and management. She has been serving the Durham Region community for over fifteen years, providing comprehensive eye care to families and patients of all ages. She continually strives to provide professional, informative, patient-centred care. Dr. Tzeng is a member of the Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.
