Pauline Bell (aka Victoria Elizabethaan) is a certified holistic practitioner who specializes in herbalism, life skills, spirituality and sustainable wellness consultation. Pauline is passionate about helping people adopt a world view of “prevention rather than cure” regarding their health and wellness. She believes that this mindset guarantees sustainable wellness. In her early years of working as a registered diagnostic medical sonographer, Pauline was awakened to the fact that we are faced with an aging population, toxic environment, numerous unhealthy lifestyles and an overwhelmingly burdened medical system that lacks the resources and philosophy necessary to cope. All these are contributors to an unhealthy society. But Pauline doesn’t think things have to be this way. She believes that our body has the mechanism to heal itself, and that mother nature has provided numerous nutrients to support the body’s self-healing process.
