So excited for tomorrow!! The first time Sunshine Ridge has hosted a performance this large!! Welcoming BC Christian Academy 45 piece band from Coquitlam BC ! Going to be an Epic Afternoon for our residents!!

Fun day out to be Tourists in our own town!! Nk'Mip Desert Cultural Centre LLP Cafe and Nk’Mip Winery! What an amazing day! Gorgeous views of the Osoyoos desert! Indigenous Culture, Education, , Indigenous Arts, Native animals and reptiles, and Amazing Food and wine!! Lovely Day Ladies!!

What a wonderful St. Patrick’s Day full of laughter and shenanigans!! Our staff, residents & culinary team were full of Irish Spirit sporting fun festive attire and all are super excited for our amazing Irish menu ! Soup option was a beautiful traditional Colcanon soup, Lunch sandwich was beef brisket with marinated green cabbage and kale salad with our signature dressing ,
Dinner was tremendous hit ! A traditional Irish lamb stew with delicious rosemary scones .
Dessert was “Tip O The Hat” scrumptious!! Oreo Chocolate Mint Chhesecake a end to a fun filled couple of days celebrating the festive day and all things Irish and green!!

Sure missed them ! Even Sunshine mascot Sir Trucker got in the spirit! We are so ready for St. Patrick’s Day On the 17th!
