It's Gentle Nature allows the self-corrective reflexes of the body to re-educate away from Pain and into Comfort. Its a modality of body care that comes from a blend of osteopathy, homeopathy with the principles of martial arts. Its a clothes on body care where we work with the body in comfort. There is no force or manipulation. I work on all physicals levels from bones, muscles, facia, lymphatics, vascular, visceral and neural. And then there are the layers of emotion and soul that arise on their own as we work. Basically the more we offer the body comfort the more opportunity we give the nervous system to learn it has an alternative path it can surrender and therefore heal. I can work directly with someone through touch, sometimes off the body work is required and I can also do distance work. It all depends on what is happening with the client. Honestly its more experiential then to put into words. Ive been studying this line of work since 2009. The Modality has been around since the 70’s. 😊.I find the work is evolving as we evolve as sentient beings and often I notice with the trauma we experience in life it is disassociating us from our bodies and this work really brings us back to ourselves so we can be present and start to ‘have to’ pay more attention to how we are actually treating ourselves. 😊
