Take the time to practice just feeling your inhale and exhale, and you will become present!🙏🏼🙏🏼

We spend so much of our life trapped between the weight of yesterday and the worries of tomorrow.

But the truth is simple and timeless — those two days are completely out of our hands.
You cannot rewrite the past, and you cannot control the future.

What you do have is Today — the only moment that is real, alive, and full of possibility.

Today is where healing begins.
Today is where change happens.
Today is where love can be expressed, dreams can be built, and life can be truly lived.

When you return your mind to the present, you return your spirit to peace.

This moment is your doorway.
Walk through it with awareness, gratitude, and courage. . . 🌿

Both poses look similar but serve different purposes!

✨ Warrior I – Builds stability, strengthens legs, opens hips, and grounds your energy.
✨ High Lunge – Improves balance, strengthens the core, stretches hip flexors, and energizes the body.

Choose Warrior I for grounding 🧘‍♀️ and High Lunge for balance & mobility 🏋️‍♂️.
