Woooeee!! What a race🤩

I was looking for a race event for 2025 and thought a Marathon on my 46th birthday sounded brilliant!

I restarted my training in June after spraining my ankle in February (so bad, OUT for solid 12wks!) wondering if I could run a Boston Qualifying time 🤔 3:45:00 is fast!!

I pushed my 18wk training plan and was feeling amazing! No injuries. Feet were fast, heart & lungs ready to rock.

RACE DAY!!! I was freaking flying, feeling strong for 34KM. I had the best support crew = my hubs, as always, my rock 🥹 I was in dark pain cave KM 35 to 38. My left quad had seized, my left knee stabbed every foot strike, and I had the craziest stitch in my right side! I was focused on the ground and didn’t see him, Karen & Pernell with their signs in the pouring rain jumping ahead of me. All of a sudden his face was in my face, he asked if I needed anything, gave me a smack on the bum and said “see you at the finish line”. It was all I needed to pull my shoulders back and pick up my pace again to make it there! Thanks you guys🥰

Race done / official time chip 1:45:23 … then we were off to celebrate my birthday and Karen’s birthday!! Post race beer, tasty Thanksgiving dinner, and a night cap of Empress Gin at The Empress🏰

Walking away with your BA in Economics with a minor in Environmental Science and Policy, earning Summa Cum Laude and being invited into Phi Betta Kappa. You are officially a graduate — but you’ve always been destined for greatness. Never stop dreaming, never stop shining. We love you beyond words. What an amazing weekend celebrating both you and Tom with his family!! ❤️🎓

Home Opener

Final home opening game of her Collegiate career. You’ve always been a strong, determined, brave and independent little girl. Watching you grow into the woman you are over the past 4 years as a university athlete has been nothing short of awe-inspiring.
Congratulations Captain Emma Hebert. Hoping you can hear us cheering all the way from Osoyoos, BC to Schenectady, NY. We love you💕

Here we go 2024!!

Fitness Camp is set to begin January 9th and will run until February 29th. This is small group fitness training - my youngest client is early 30s working alongside my oldest being early 70s - I have the most supportive training environment!

During this 8wk session we will get back to cycling through our 4 Phases = Mobility, Strength, Functional and Cardiovascular.

We will also be focusing a bit more on food. I get asked all the time - what should we be eating??? I’ll do my best to simplify it during the first 8wks and we can dive deeper the following 8wks if you’re wanting!!

Cost: $20/session or $160/month x 2 plus gst
When: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 6am / 705am / 1pm
