Acid reflux, back pain, and p***c symphysis dysfunction just to name a few.
A session will usually have you in sitting, side lying, and back positions while receiving gentle treatment techniques for you and the baby.
Some at-home exercises and suggestions will be given as well

Hi I'm Carolyn 👋
I thought I would reintroduce myself and show my maskless face since it has been awhile!

Time has flown since I opened my practice 5 and a half years ago!! With the pandemic and on/off lockdowns for osteo, the last few years have definitely changed the dynamic of my practice. I love to see old faces still resurfacing after a grueling 2.5 years 🥰

I offer Manual Osteopathy services at two locations in Ottawa (downtown & Nepean). My therapy style ranges from gentle-medium pressure, depending on what my clients' body needs, and is a whole body approach to treating pain or imbalances. Whether you are looking to work on a chronic or acute pain issue or value wellness/prevention, Osteopathy is for you 🙌

I enjoy taking continuing education and have done so in visceral manipulation, cranial-sacral therapy, cupping, ultrasound, fascial distortion model, and post-concussion syndrome. I also love passing this information on to my clients when they are looking to better understand their body 📚

My goal is to help my clients enjoy a health, pain-free life through manual therapy, education, and rapport.
