So I had been having crazy bad headaches πŸ€• and migraines. Every 1-2 days since July 14th. Taking tons of meds πŸ’Š and no obvious cause. πŸ€”

Decided to take a β€œbreak” from weight lifting and HIIT.
I had a week off work so slept 8-9 hours a night. πŸ’€
I’ve been:
- walking πŸšΆπŸ½β€β™€οΈ daily
- a couple of walk/jog intervals πŸƒπŸ»β€β™€οΈ
- one hike πŸ₯Ύ
- one bike ride 🚲 and
- now half way through the daily 3 week Yoga πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Retreat from Beachbody.

Wow!

This program is amazing. Back to basics yet challenging. I’m feeling taller, rested, calm, strong yet relaxed.

And I’ve only had two mild headaches over the last week! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
