Support is available, but too few employees know how to access it.

Only 2% of employees who experienced mental ill‑health last year used their EAP, even though nearly one in four Canadian employers offers one.

Mental health training bridges that gap. It makes support visible, accessible, and easier to reach: https://ow.ly/vnZa50YhFJ7

We often talk about psychological safety as a goal. As something to build. Strengthen. Improve. But what if we talked about it in opposites? As in: what actually happens when psychological safety isn’t there?

Without psychological safety, people shift into self-preservation mode and organizations lose access to their thinking, their judgment, and their candour.

You cannot unlock innovation from people who feel exposed. That’s why investing in training that builds psychological safety isn’t optional, it’s foundational to performance: https://ow.ly/Yra250YhhQh

Connection is the real Valentine’s Day treat, sweeter than chocolate and far longer lasting.

A simple check‑in, a moment of honesty, a few caring words. If someone’s on your mind today, reach out. Let’s remember to be kind to one another, and to ourselves, too.

Community support doesn’t happen by accident, it grows from people who care, connect, and step in when it matters.

As Mr. Rogers reminds us, there’s comfort in looking for the helpers, in noticing the people who show up with care when the world feels heavy. Jean Vanier echoes that spirit. Together, these ideas offer a sense of hope: there are helpers all around us, and community is where that help grows.

In every community, there are always helpers, and mental health training is one way people learn to offer that support: https://ow.ly/TFiu50YewN7

Mental health has a measurable ROI, and the costs of ignoring it are higher than you think.

Organizations are paying for mental health challenges, through absenteeism, presenteeism, turnover, and Psychological Health and Safety risks. The real question isn’t whether there’s a cost. It’s whether that cost is reactive or strategic.

If you care about performance, retention, and culture, this is the math you can’t afford to ignore. Read it here: https://ow.ly/4XIN50YbVat
