We were “driven by a hundred forms of fear, self-delusion, self-seeking and self-pity.” Addiction to familiar patterns has identical roots; “self will run riot” emerges in all of us.

Good morning Upper Room Fam! Here are the 🍿 questions for this evening’s meeting:

1. Assessing the Damage:
In the process of auditing your past, how did you distinguish between the financial/physical costs and the emotional/spiritual wreckage?
What was the physical sensation of finally seeing the total bill written down?

2. Harms vs. Actions:
Beyond the specific things you did, can you identify the relational climate you created (e.g., fear, instability, or neglect)?
As you’ve moved into making amends, what hidden harms have surfaced that you weren't aware of when you were still using?
