In all seriousness, this is one pose I do every morning, and yes, this is me in the pic! The power of yoga inversion poses includes increased blood and lymphatic circulation, as well as improved flexibility, strength, energy levels, and self-confidence. Remember, legs up the wall, is also an inverted pose that offers higher energy levels, back support, and other benefits!

Starting next week I'll be part of a new project between Ottawa U and the Royal hospital. I'll be teaching guitar and songwriting to clients on the Forensic unit. The goal of the project is for everyone to have their own guitar that they can eventally leave with.
If you have a playable steel string acoustic guitar that you would like to donate it would really be appreciated.
