Meet Tracy Henderson — Owner of Yoga Bay 🌿

Hi, I’m Tracy! My journey with yoga began with a desire to reduce stress, and to improve my mental and physical well-being. Every day, I’m grateful for this practice—it brings calm, balance, and guidance through life’s ups and downs.

At Yoga Bay in beautiful Owen Sound, I love meeting people where they are in their yoga journey and helping beginners build a joyful, lifelong practice. My classes offer thoughtful, balanced flows- designed to strengthen both body and mind.

With over 25 years in social services, I’ve always loved connecting with people and supporting their growth. That same passion inspires my teaching today.
