This rejuvenating body treatment is designed to awaken the skin and restore a natural, healthy glow. Beginning with dry brushing to gently stimulate circulation and encourage lymphatic flow, the body is prepared to fully receive the benefits of this revitalizing treatment.

Nutrient rich products infused with vitamins and antioxidants are massaged into the body using slow, intentional movements, deeply hydrating, softening, and restoring dull, tired skin. This treatment will leave your body feeling smooth, refreshed, and luminous.

To deepen the experience, a soothing petite facial and calming scalp massage are woven in. This helps to release tension, quiet the mind, and bring the body into a state of balance.

There’s something I’ve come to notice over the years while working with people. Many are doing the inner work to care for their mental and emotional health. Talking things through, processing emotion, trying to slow down and I feel that work matters deeply. But what we don’t always talk about is how much stress, grief, responsibility, and overwhelm can quietly live in the body.

I often see it the moment someone lies down on the table. Their shoulders are held tightly without even realizing it. Their breath hasn’t fully dropped deep into the body. Their nervous system has been activated for far too long. Even when the mind understands what’s happening, the body can still be holding on.

This is where the power of touch becomes so important. Sometimes safe, compassionate human touch can communicate something that words cannot. It can signal to the nervous system that it’s okay to soften, to release, and to finally let go of tension that has been stored over time.

This is the intention behind my hot JadeStone treatments. With the warmth of the stones, slow intentional techniques, and a deeply attentive approach, I create a space where the body can begin to unwind layer by layer. This eases chronic tension while gently calming the nervous system.

Before this work, I spent many years in nursing. That experience shaped the way I care for people today. I practice with patience, compassion, empathy, and a deep respect for what the body carries. Every treatment is guided not just by technique, but by listening to what your body needs in that moment.

For many people, the experience becomes more than just a massage. If you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time, this may be the support your body has been asking for.

I’m happy to share that my services are still available at Owen Sound Skin and Laser, and I’d love to welcome you in for a deeply restorative Hot Stone Massage experience.

The gentle warmth of hot stone therapy helps to melt away deep muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce stress, and support your body’s natural healing processes, leaving you feeling relaxed, balanced, and renewed.

My treatments include the addition of jade stones, known for their grounding and balancing properties. Jade provides consistent soothing heat, supports detoxification and lymphatic flow, and encourages deep relaxation for both body and mind.

This is more than relaxation and allows an opportunity to reconnect with your body, release built-up tension, and leave feeling grounded and realigned.
