A little over a year ago, we ran out first Basic ART training here at home at Cedar Cottage Counselling and I'm thrilled to have two incredibly talented, insightful and intuitive clinicians join me again for my first ever Advanced. It was a powerful and transformative first day. And I sat back watching thinking "Wow they're amazing they must've had a dynamite teacher" :) ;)

ONLY 6 SPOTS PER TRAINING! - Almost 3 years ago I was the only one doing this in my area, now I'm the first Ontario-based trainer. And I've had a chance to partner with prestigious universities this past year but I'm always going to be most excited (and perhaps brag the most about) the ART community we've grown here at home, because these were the colleagues and clients who took a chance on a modality and supported me every step of the way toward being able to teach this. And I'm thrilled to be partnering with one of my earliest mentors from back in placement and one of my first trainees, Amie Foster at Cedar Cottage Counselling who supported me in getting this, saw the value in it, and who is now one of the amazing ART clinicians assisting me at trainings.

Come to Owen Sound this Spring/Fall and see what all the fuss is about. The resolution will not be televised - this is only in person :)

Thankful for the wonderful clinicians I've met, the colleagues who put their trust in me to learn this modality, and the knockout first year I had as Ontario's first ART trainer!
We're going to keep growing in 2026.
