This weekend's hometown training is also a HOMEGROWN training because now, people I trained initially are assisting me :) and colleagues are seeing the impact and choosing to spend their time and money to get trained because they know how much it helps their clients, and many aren't in private practice or have even extended their pro bono services because they believe so strongly in this. I remember when I felt like the only one here who even know what this was haha. Learning this changed my life in such a big way and I'm grateful I've been able to have this be so successful in my home community. Thanks to everyone who offered their support, who have taken the training and who've passed on word and who've done such amazing jobs with their clients, and to the clients who think this sounds pretty wild but who are open to giving it a chance. I literally couldn't do what I do if it wasn't for people taking the chance and trying something totally new and being open and supportive.

Training five new ART clinicians in two weeks here at home including some wonderful colleagues and then five more in November at the University of Guelph. If I don't fill any more before the holidays I'll have trained *37* new ART therapists in my first year as the first and only Ontario-based trainer! Hoping to see folks back for the advanced trainings in 2026!

Almost all of my career has been spent in non-profits and public sector and so getting the supports I offer out to people has always been incredibly important.

There are a staggering amount of ways to access supports to come and get the help you need, so don't let cost hold you back!
