Rebecca graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College in December 2012. She is now registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario in 2013. Studies emphasized patient assessment, treatment planning, massage theory and techniques, remedial exercise, bio-kinesiology, hydrotherapy, anatomy & physiology and pathology. Outreaches included pregnancy and infant massage, fibromyalgia, complex care, geriatrics, sports and paediatric. Rebecca has worked with a variety of clients ranging in age, gender, and health. This has improved her ability as a therapist to establish goals and treatment plans with each client, based on individual needs. Future plans for Rebecca include education in low intensity laser therapy, bracing/taping, Game Ready therapy, and sport specific therapy.

Now that we are a few weeks into 2016 I wanted to let all of my wonderful clients know that I will be taking some time off in February/March for maternity leave. My husband and I are expecting for the middle of February :). I am currently still booking clients until February 5th. I will be coming back to work the week of March 14 however will only be working part time. In order to avoid disappointment by not being able to book your preferred treatment time you may want to pre-book your appointments. Thank you to everyone for your understanding :)

With just over 6 weeks left in 2015, keep in mind that most extended benefits expire at the end of the year. You are paying for these so make sure to use them! I have evening and weekend appointments available as well as during the day, however they are quickly booking up. For anyone I haven't been in touch with yet I have officially moved and started treating in my new office location. The address is 784 16th Street East, just down from the European Bakery. There is a large Horizon Therapy sign on the building and in the next month or so I will have my signage up.
As the fall has come appointment times will become slightly more difficult to make. To avoid disappointment I recommend you text or call me with plenty of time to book, especially for evening appointments.
