Update to online booking ✨

For the time being, online booking will be limited as I finish my osteopathy courses and shift my focus toward integrative treatments. This is to help better manage my time and prioritize these sessions.

Availability and last-minute openings will still appear online. April and May appointments can be viewed online but must be booked by contacting me directly.

Integrative massage treatments are great for general mobility and overall function of the body.

This approach combines the knowledge I learn from osteopathy and advanced massage techniques done over clothing to help promote tissue relaxation, circulation, and mobility of the joints.

Overall, this can help reduce aches and pains, making every day activities feel easier!

Hi, I’m Sierra!

I’m a Massage therapist, Osteopathy student and Dance teacher that doesn’t know how to sit still.

Outside of work I love playing with my pup - Winston, being with my friends and family, reading, and anything artistic - current obsession being crocheting.

School has always been a big part of my life, I love learning new ways to be able to help someone. Shortly after my massage program, I began osteopathy and am currently in my 4th year of studies. I’ve also completed my Reiki level 1 and 2 along the way.

This year is an exciting year for me because…
• I finish up my classes and write my final exams
• I am putting a great focus on converting my practice to integrative massage - where I can use even more of my knowledge and give the best treatments possible.
• And I get to challenge myself with a final research project - something I do not typically enjoy but learning to embrace the process.

My days recently have been filled with research and studying whenever I find the chance.

As I finish my final classes for osteopathy, I begin my research project. I decided to focus on Primary Dysmenorrhea ( painful periods ) and how osteopathy could help.

Throughout the next year I’ll be learning all about what causes painful menstruation, what treatment options are already out there and how I could create a study of my own to see if manual osteopathy could have a positive impact on pain and improving overall quality of life!

As most of you know, not only am I an RMT and in school, I also teach dance!

My whole life I’ve been surrounded by dance. Whether dancing or teaching I can’t seem to get away from it.

It is what inspired me to become a massage therapist and soon to be osteopath.

I’m so thankful for these wonderful girls allowing me to express my creativity through dances… and for letting me practice my osteopathy techniques on them.

Heads up to all clients, I will be updating my prices as of June 15th. This is for both integrative massage and regular massage therapy treatments.

All prices listed include hst.

I’ve decided to make the transition to my own business!
As of June 1st all booking, contact and billing will be done through me.

The best part is, you’ll still find me at HealthWorks, in my same room!

The difference for clients:
• online booking will be switched over to Jane. I find this more user friendly than clinic sense (what I’m currently using)
• phone calls and emails will be directed to me
• Easier to get in contact with me if you have any questions

Overall not much will seem different!

I’m very excited for this change, and thankful for all my clients and your continued support!
