You are what you eat - has so much more meaning now!
It truly matters and I thought if I just grabbed "something" to satiate my hunger and filled my belly that it wouldn't matter what it was I was getting fueled.
I was so wrong - now I choose healthy proteins, fats and carbs - like nuts, seeds or eggs when it comes to adding better nutrition to my diet.
I think better. I feel better and I am most certainly showing up as a better version of myself!
